Nokia N1- Android running tablet released in China at $257

As expected, the Nokia N1 tablet be officially released today in China. Before, its phone is expected to be priced at around 249 USD (pre-tax) which is around 11200 peso Philippines. But unpleasantly, this device is at the price of CNY 1,599, roughly $257 (or PHP 11587) in China. It highly looks like Chinese fans are much eager and are ready to pay higher price for this tablet.

The Nokia N1 has a 7.9-inch 4:3 display along with a 2048 x 1536 resolution. It runs on a 64-bit Quad-Core Intel Atom, 2.3 Ghz with 2GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. There’s an 8-megapixel main camera and a 5-megapixel front camera as well as is powered by a 5,300 mAh battery on board. Especially, the slate runs Android 5.0 Lollipop with Nokia’s Z Launcher on top.

Thanks to its powerful chipset, the slate has topped the AnTuTu CPU efficiency and image processing benchmarks. Above pic is the benchmark’s database, according to its report, the N1 beating the iPad Mini 3 with 45,121 score compared to 28,446 respectively. In the image processing test part, the N1 leads the iPad Mini 3 with 12,623 to 10,102 points.
