According to a lot of confirmed information, Nokia will officially return to the smartphone market in 2017 with a lot of Android smartphones including a new Nokia flagship. These smartphones will be in the premium segment and is expected to debut at Mobile World Congress 2017 event in late February.

Nokia’s plan to return to market Nokia’s smartphone has been confirmed a few days ago as their booth location in MWC 2017 was leaked. In the early of 2017, some Android smartphones of this Finnish electronics company will be formally introduced. However, some sources suggest that those are not really the handsets mainly made by Nokia. They will belongs to HMD Global company and labelled as Nokia phones.
Recently, there is some information about the next two Nokia phone: Nokia Pixel and another Nokia flagship. As for the configuration, it will have a specific display size 5.2 inches or 5.5 inches with a resolution of 1440p QuadHD screen. They will run on Qualcomm Snapdragon 820, which is quite unreasonable that the early 2017 will mark the arrival of the 835 Snapdragon chipset. Moreover, at present, Snapdragon 821 is quite commonly in flagships. If the Nokia flagship will be equipped with this processor, then it seems quite outdated.
Regarding the phone design, according to previously leaked images, this Nokia flagship will be made in a metal unibody, equipped with IP68 standards against dust and water. Remarkably, this handset poses a Carl Zeiss lens which has appeared on the previous Nokia phones. This is a leading manufacturer of optical lenses renowned in Germany.
