You may find it quite inappropriate when comparing between two different OS. However, if Nokia really comes back next year, it will be interesting to see the battle between the two giants. So, Nokia D1C vs Apple iPhone SE: which one to choose?
Nokia D1C vs Apple iPhone SE: two potential representatives
Nokia used to be a leading smartphone manufacturer in the past, while Apple is dominating the market nowadays. Nokia D1C is the most potential Android smartphone that is expected to launch in the beginning of 2017. iPhone SE is the special edition from Apple, which has the appearance like iPhone 5 but a stronger processor than iPhone 6. Under the hood, Nokia D1C is likely to pack 3GB RAM along with 16GB/32GB of internal storage. While iPhone SE only packs a 2GB RAM and two variants of inbuilt storage: 16GB and 64GB. It is not sure whether Nokia D1C has expandable storage, but iPhone SE has no card slot to be expanded.
Regarding other specs, Nokia D1C is hoped to house a 4.8 inch display, which is bigger than the iPhone SE 0.8 inch. The representative of Nokia runs by the latest Android version Nougat 7.0, and iPhone SE runs the latest iOS version 10.1. So, it is hard to compare two smartphones in terms of the operating system. About photography, Nokia D1C might carry a 15MP (or 16MP) rear camera. As curious as we are, we still don’t know about the snapper. But with iPhone SE, it boasts a combination of 12MP rear camera and 1.2MP snapper. It is quite hard to compare the quality between two smartphones’ cameras, but we can claim that both won’t disappoint you.
Until now, we are not sure whether Nokia will return to the smartphone market next year. If they really come back, their products could be fierce rivals to other smartphone brands, including Apple.
Nokia D1C vs Apple iPhone SE: the price battle
It is surprising if iPhone SE is quoted at $485 becaue Apple is famous their high-end product. In contrast to that, Nokia D1C is expected to be a mid-range smartphone. So, Nokia D1C is obviously more advantageous in the price battle.
