New Nokia camera app: telephoto and dual wide-angle lens
Previously, HMD Global has announced that the Android 8.0 Oreo Beta is coming to the Nokia 5 and Nokia 6. Additionally, the upcoming Nokia 9 flagship will also have Android 8.0 Oreo as its operating system. Furthermore, Android Oreo 8.0 is going to provide your smartphone with better Malware protection and notification control. On the other hand, this new operating system also supports your handset’s battery life and background rule.
The potential doesn’t end there. Today, we discover that Android 8.0 Oreo also help to increase your Nokia’s handset photography ability. With the new operating system, Nokia camera app now supports dual cameras of both the telephoto and wide-angle kind. Notably, the application especially shows 2X telephoto zoom. Among these handsets, only Nokia 8 has dual-camera setup, but it just has one color sensor.
For Nokia 5 users, you can now select the Shutter speed and ISO manually. The values fall between 1/500s and 1s for the shutter. FOr ISO, it’s between 100 and 2000. The new Nokia camera app doesn’t appear clearly on the mid-rangers. We can expect to sport it on the upcoming Nokia 9. Furthermore, there is currently no handset on the market that includes both telephoto and wide-angle. As a result, this new system can be a great advantage for feature HMD handsets on the market.
