At MWC in February, HMD Global unveiled its first range of Nokia smartphones with Android One branding and its latest 4G-enabled feature phone Nokia 8110 4G. This month, the handset maker has launched three of these smartphones: the New Nokia 6 2018, Nokia 7 Plus and Nokia 8 Sirocco in India. One of the trios, the Nokia 7 Plus is a premium mid-range offering. As a result, we decided to give the phone a Nokia 7 Plus unboxing treatment below.
According to the video, the Nokia 7 Plus comes in a typical white box with the smartphone silhouette and the illustration of holding hands on top. Under the cover, the 7 Plus lies on one side. Besides, the box contains an in-ear type headphones with additional tips, a USB Type-C cable and the power adapter. Moreover, there exists the SIM-ejector tool, a complimentary clear TPU protective case, and some usual documentation.
As far as it concerns, Nokia 7 Plus specs come with a unibody design crafted from a mix of metal and ceramic, alongside a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor. Meanwhile, the phone flaunts a 6-inch 18:9 full HD+ display with a protective layer of Corning Gorilla Glass. Besides, the device gets an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 processor along with an Adreno 512 GPU and 4GB RAM. On the other hand, the onboard storage is 64GB, which is expandable to 256GB. Regarding optics department, the handset offers a dual 12MP + 13MP primary sensor with Carl ZEISS technology and a 16-megapixel selfie snapper. Also, the Nokia 7 Plus runs v8.1 Android Oreo and a 3,800mAh battery.
Nokia 7 Plus release date and price
Based on the latest updates, the phone can be pre-booked from April 20th, with sales starting from April 30th. Besides, the smartphone will set you back by Rs 25,999 and will be available via Amazon India, Nokia Mobile Shop, and selected offline stores across the country.
