It seems like 2018 is going to be a very busy year for HMD Global. In the first quarter, the Finnish manufacturer introduced their first 18:9 Nokia handset – Nokia 7 Plus and the new version of Nokia – Sirocco. Last May, HMD Global continued to release three more new Nokia phones: the 2018 version of Nokia 2, Nokia 3 and Nokia 5. This June, we have one more new Nokia handset coming to the market soon. Meet the upper variant of Nokia 5.1 – Nokia 5.1 Plus (Nokia 5 Plus 2018).

Today, we finally get the first glimpse of this new Nokia phone thanks to the Nokia 5.1 Plus CAD render. Regarding the design, the new Nokia device sport a Full-screen display with 18:9 aspect ratio. Moreover, according to the image, the Nokia 5.1 Plus can also adapt the iconic notch from the Nokia X6. On the other hand, the new Nokia 5 Plus measure is roughly 149.5 x 71.9 x 8mm. On the back, the Nokia handset has glass and metal design with a central camera system.

Now, let’s see what this new Nokia 5 Plus equips! In details, Nokia 5 Plus 2018 specs sport a 5.7 -inch 2,160 x 1,080 IPS LCD full HD+ display. For the storage, Nokia 5 Plus 2018 offers 3GB RAM and 16GB/32GB ROM (expandable up to 256GB). Additionally, the Nokia device might come with a processor that’s a bit more advanced than the MediaTek’s 2.0GHz Helio P18 found in the 5.1 version.
