This Nokia 222 display is 2.4” TFT screen, which is enough for primary use. The phone is available in black or white color. The design is classic enough that you will not ask more on a feature phone. Moreover, Nokia 222 weighs only 79g, an ideal weight and size for someone who wants to put it in their pockets.
Nokia 222 runs on the Series 30+ OS. The phone features 16MB RAM, enough to handle most tasks. Nokia 222 can record up to 1000 phone entries. It does not have internal storage though, so you need to use a microSD card (up to 32GB).
Nokia 222 has a nice 2MP camera, which is a plus for those who want to snap a photo or two for fun. The camera is not that great comparing to nowadays’ smart phones, but it is not bad either. Nokia 222 camera can even record video at the speed of 240p@15fps. Pretty decent for a phone of its type.
Moreover, the device has a LED light, which mostly acts like a torch. It is placed on top of the phone, and you can use it whenever the light goes out. MP3 player on Nokia 222 also supports many kinds of audio files, giving you a portable player on a feature phone.
Nokia 222 can connect to the Internet with Opera Mini as the browser. Java games are also available, with one free game each month from Gameloft.
Nokia 222 price in the Philippines will be around PHP 1,7k. Nokia 222 release date should be around September, so it may come to Philippines later in October or so.
