The upcoming Nokia smartphone has been clearing some important wireless communication certifications. This device has model number TA-1136. Recently, this device passes the FCC certification. The Nokia device could be the Nokia 2.1 Plus. As for the specs, the FCC document unveils that the Nokia TA-1136 sports 1GB RAM and 16GB of onboard storage. Additionally, the Nokia handset might work on 2.4GHz Wi-Fi, and not 5GHz or dual-band Wi-Fi.
On the other hand, the FCC listing includes a fascinating label. It unveils that the TA-1136 might be manufactured in Argentina. Besides that, “hardware supports Band 40 and 66, but they will be disabled by software and therefore will not be available in the US market. This phone is the upgraded edition of the Nokia 2.1 which was launched in August. The Nokia 2.1 works on Android Go version of Android 8.1 Oreo as the operating system.
