New Samsung phone: Two operating system at the same time!

Samsung had already come up with the same product in the past. In 2013, there was some information about a Samsung product called Ativ Q. This tablet was reported to be able to run both Android and Windows out of the box. But then, due to some patent issues, the Ativ Q project was canceled for good. However, it looks like Samsung has learned from their mistake this time.

They have just come up with a new patent of a phone that has the same feature. The thing is this time they have got the patent licensed before making any public announcement of the new product. So there is high hope that we will see this new Samsung phone in flesh and blood in the future. Now let’s get back to the interesting feature of this phone. According to the patent, both Android and Windows will be running at the same time on this phone.

As displayed in the pictures above, users can switch from Android to Windows of vice versa just by simple hand gestures. There has not been any further information about the hardware of this phone, but based on the sketches, this phone will take the shape of common Samsung phones.
