New Lenovo phone: SND 821 SoC, 4GB RAM
Until now, there are 3 Chinese smartphones having the latest SND 821 chipset. They’re LeEco Le Pro3 and Xiaomi Mi 5s, and 5s Plus. It seems that this huge market is about to welcome another SND 821 phone from Lenovo. To be more specific, this handset is a Lenovo Zuk phone. This new Lenovo phone has just shown up on TENAA database with some renders and specifications.
Back in June, Lenovo launched their latest Zuk phone – Zuk Z2. It is a powerful (SND 820, 4GB RAM) yet affordable handset. So, this new Lenovo Zuk phone is expected to be another strong yet reasonable device of the company. Let’s have a look at this new Lenovo Zuk phone specs. Under the hood, the phone is powered by SND 821 chipset. It will pack 4GB RAM paired with 32GB or 64GB of inbuilt storage.
The phone will have a 5.5-inch screen with the resolution of 1080 x 1920 px (Full HD) and a 3000mAh battery capacity. For photography, the company will add an 8MP snapper on the front and 13MP shooter on the back. These cameras are similar to those on the phone’s predecessor – Zuk Z2.
New Lenovo Zuk phone: another affordable powerhouse?
Since the predecessor – Zuk Z2 – is the affordable flagship, this phone is expected to come with a very competitive price too. Not to mention that, the current SND 821 phones in our market are very affordable – with LeEco Le Pro 3 costing about $267, Xiaomi Mi 5s costing $345, and Mi 5s Plus with a $391 price tag. Therefore,to compete with the other smartphones of the same chipset, this new Lenovo handset needs to be super friendly in terms of price. Stay tuned, we are just as excited and curious as you are to know more about the beast!
