Motorola Moto C2 and Moto C2 Plus design
The first ever renders give us an in-depth look at the upcoming budget Motorola Moto C2 and Moto C2 Plus handsets. They have a similar look to the previous Moto E4 and keep the design pattern of all recent Motorola devices. However, unlike most modern handsets, the Moto C2 and C2 Plus come with standard 16:9 screens and thick side bezels.
The iconic circular camera module once again makes an appearance. While the fingerprint sensor dubbed as a physical home button can only be found on the Plus variant. Both smartphones are going to feature a single camera on the rear of the company’s signature module. And for the selfie lovers, the renders clearly show the front-facing flash on both devices.
For now, nothing about pricing, availability or even specs has given. However, you can base on the details of the latest Moto E4 for comparison. To recall, Moto E4 specs include a 5-inch HD display coupled with a 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6737 processor. The phone also offers 2GB of RAM and 16GB of inbuilt storage, which can further expand via a microSD card. In terms of optics, Moto E4 camera comes with an 8MP rear snapper and a 5MP front shooter. Lastly, the smartphone sips power from a 2,800mAh battery.

Considering Motorola’s 2017 Moto C lineup was revealed in May, it seems likely that this year’s generation could make an official appearance before the end of June, with a release possibly taking place in July.
