Motorola has finally launched its Edge S smartphone. In addition, this phone goes on sale in China. Moreover, the Edge S phone is the first smartphone to take power from the Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 chipset. In case you didn’t know, this chipset is built on a 7nm process, has an 8-core processor with one Cortex-A78 core running at the highest-in-smartphone 3.2GHz. Also, the Edge S naturally has 5G built in.
Speaking of storage, the Motor phone arrives in different versions. They include 6GB/ 8GB of RAM and 128GB/ 256GB of internal storage. Under the hood, the new Motorola phone specs feature a 6.7-inch 90Hz IPS LCD of 2520x1080p resolution and offer HDR10 support. For taking selfies and video calling, this phone packs two cameras built into it – 16MP main and 8MP ultrawide. Meanwhile, the fingerprint scanner is embedded into the frame of the phone.
On the rear, the Motorola Edge S camera has four sensors in total. It comprises a 64MP primary camera with an f/1.7 aperture and support for 6K video capture at 30fps, a 16MP ultrawide with phase-detect autofocus, a 2MP fixed-focus depth sensor, and a ToF sensor. How about the capacity? This Motorola smartphone draws power from a 5000mAh battery with support for 20W charging with the provided 20W adapter in the box. Lastly, the Motorola phone also comes with IP52 splash-proof, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and a charger, preinstalled screen protector, cable, and a case.

The new Motorola phone should now be up for sale. Talking about the cost, the Motorola Edge S price begins at CNY 1,999 ~ Rs. 22,500 for the 6/128GB model, CNY 2,399 ~ Rs. 27,000 for the 8/128GB and CNY 2,799 ~ Rs. 31,500 for the range-topping 8/256GB.
