Released last year, the mid-range Moto Z Play was one of the most popular phones of 2016 with great specs at an affordable price. Now, images of its successor Moto Z2 Play have been leaked and show how the phone will look like! Let’s read on to find out more….
Moto Z2 Play Specs and Features
Lenovo has many plans for this year: Besides to release the mid-range phone Moto X in a new version, the company wants to launch the new Moto C series to hit the entry-level market. Also a new variant of the Moto E-series will be released soon! And now, images of the Moto Z2 Play have been leaked online! Let’s have a look at its design:
Looking at the leaked image, it comes with a metallic back with a white front. However, from what we have, there are some interesting aspects. In general, the alleged Z2 Play looks very similar to its predecessor Moto Z Play. Furthermore, you can see a new design for the fingerprint sensor, a front-mounted dual LED flash and the camera on the rear still protrudes like other Motorola phones. It is also astonishing that the Moto Z2 Play is incredibly thin, while the models of the series were known for their strong batteries.
Unfortunately, as for Moto Z2 Play specs, there haven’t been many reports yet. However, it is expected to come with upgraded specs such as a screen resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels, Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 SOC and 3GB of RAM paired with 32 GB of internal storage.
Moto Z2 Play Price and Availability
This leaked Moto Z2 Play render looks beautiful, but it should be taken with a grain of salt. We still need official words from Motorola, regarding the price and full specs as well. As for availability, the rendered images show June 8, it might be possible to be the release date. Are you looking forward to this new Motorola’s flagship? Let us know what you think!
