Motorola Moto G6 series specs

Motorola Moto G6 series is the latest generation of their popular Moto G series. With a design similar to the Motorola Moto X4, now this series is going to come to India on June 4th, 2018. However, based on Motorola India Twitter, there will be only the Motorola Moto G6 and Motorola Moto G6 Play available for this new market. Moreover, The G6 will be available online via Amazon while the GYM Play will be available on Flipkart. Besides, both phones are available offline through Moto Hubs.

Concerning the specifications, Motorola Moto G6 specs include a 5.7-inch IPS LCD (1080 x 2160 pixels). Besides, it runs on Qualcomm Snapdragon 450 chipset and Android 8.0 Oreo operating system. For the storage, the Moto G6 sports 3GB/4GB RAM with 32GB/64GB ROM which is expandable up to 256GB. Motorola Moto G6 camera sports a dual 12MP+5MP rear sensor and a 16MP front snapper. Lastly, Motorola Moto G6 has a 3000mAh capacity battery.

In terms of the Motorola Moto G6 Play specs, a toned down version of the G6, it features the same sized display, albeit with an HD+ (1440 x 720p) resolution. Under the hood lies the Snapdragon 430 coupled with either 2GB/3GB RAM and 16GB/32GB storage which is expandable to 64GB. Besides, the Moto G6 Play battery rocks a 4000mAh juice box. On the other hand, the G6 Play handset runs on the Android 8.0 Oreo as the operating system. For Motorola Moto G6 Play camera, it sports a 13MP snapper on the back with an 8MP unit in the front.

As mentioned above, the Motorola Moto G6 and G6 Play will be available for sale in India on June 4th, 2018.
