Microsoft Surface Go specs and design
Recently, Microsoft has updated its Surface computer lineup with the launch of a new Surface Go tablet. The portable tablet brings most of the features of Microsoft Surface Pro at a much more affordable price range. The notable similarities include the PixelSense display, design elements, and an inbuilt kickstand. Talking about Microsoft Surface Go specs, the tablet sports a 10-inch display with a resolution of 1800×1200 pixels and a 3:2 aspect ratio.
Microsoft Surface Go also supports Surface Pen, which has 4,096 levels of pressure sensitivity, and precision for accurate note taking. Under the hood, the Surface Go takes power from a 7th-generation Intel Pentium Gold 4415Y processor. Besides, the chipset bears either 4GB of RAM / 64GB of eMMC storage and 8GB RAM + 128GB SSD storage. Regarding the software, the tablet runs on Windows 10 OS out-of-the-box.
On top of that, the tablet also features a kickstand with unlimited positions and a front camera with facial recognition technology. For photography, Microsoft Surface Go camera boasts an 8MP sensor on the rear and 5MP sensor up-front. The device also comes Surface Connector port for charging as well as connecting it to a desktop dock. Moreover, there is a USB Type-C 3.1 that can charge the tablet and transfer data to external devices. Meanwhile, the tablet’s battery capacity is still a mystery. But the company claims it can last up to nine hours of usage. Initially, only the Wifi versions of Surface Go will go for sale whereas the LTE model is coming later this year.
Microsoft Surface Go release date and price
