In a bid to make impressively with all of tennis stars who attended an event in India, MicroMax payed attention by introducing a new Canvas Selfie smartphone. As its suggested name, the dual-Sim device is designed with self portraits in mind. Its phone have a similarity with HTC desire eye with a 13 front-facing camera and room for what appears to be single LED flash.

Micromax Canvas Selfie sports a processor of Android 4.4 KitKat with 1.7GHz octa-core CPU. In addition, it is powered by a 2300 mAh battery as well as a 4.7″ 720p unit covered by Gorilla Glass 3. About the hardware part, its phone has 2 GB of RAM and 16GB of expandable memory.

And the outstanding feature is that this phone has a secondary camera is 13 MP with a single LED light. It is a good things for selfie lovers. Besides that, the main camera of the Canvas Selfie is a 13 MP Sony sensor with dual-LED flash.

As expected from a selfie-centric handset, Micromax Canvas Selfie will offer a number of software tricks that will help customers edit the photos they captured of themselves. Some of the features contain Eye Enhancement and Face Slimming among others.

Micromax Canvas Selfie will release in India in the middle of January in two colors – Angelic White and Mystic Blue. The last price don’t be announced now. But it seems it will be revealed near the launch.
