Meizu 16X unveiled

Last month, Meizu 16 and Meizu 16 Plus were already launched. According to our legit source, Meizu 16X has appeared online and been getting confirmed by company CEO Jack Wong. Furthermore, the device would be unveiled next week, as the manufacturer started sending out invites for the launch event in the capital Beijing. Whereas, Meizu 16X has already made an appearance on TENAA revealing most of the specs.

Considering Meizu 16X specs, the new phone sports a 6 inch AMOLED notch display with 1080 × 2160 pixels resolution and an 18:9 screen ratio. Connectivity-wise, the smartphone will come with dual-SIM support, 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n ac, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS+GLONASS. Furthermore, there arrives a micro USB 2.0 port and a 3.5mm audio jack. Whereas, keeping the lights on is a 3000mAh battery with fast charging.

Under the hood, the smartphone equips the Snapdragon 710 chipset and 6GB RAM. Furthermore, there includes 64GB of storage, but the company decided to skip the microSD slot, unfortunately. On the other side, Meizu 16X camera consists of a dual 20MP+12MP rear snappers and a 20MP selfie shooter. Otherwise, Meizu phone features Android Oreo and the latest Flyme OS. Whereas, the phone is likely to be available in Matte Black, Ceramic White and some shade of Gold (Frosted Gold). Also, the handset measures 151.2×73.6×7.5mm regarding dimensions and weigh 154 grams.

Meizu 16X release date and price

On September 12, Meizu has officially confirmed on Weibo that Meizu new handset arrives at an event on September 19 in China. In details, the event takes place at the Beijing Performing Arts Center.
