Today, our main star – LG V40 ThinQ specs and release date got leaked through a Korean media. The LG device launch will keep its distance from the big rivals iPhone 9 and Galaxy Note 9. Keep reading for more details!
LG V40 ThinQ specs and design
LG may be indeed the V40 ThinQ, its fourth flagship for the year, after the V30S, G7, and V35 ThinQ. According to a Korean media outlet, the handset will become available for purchase in early fall, mid-September to be exact, though its pricing details remain unclear. All in all, it’s pretty obvious that LG tries to avoid a direct clash with the release of Galaxy Note 9 (August 24) as well as the new iPhone (late October).
However, we doubt that the V40 ThinQ will be overshadowed, though. Based on an online listing, the LG V40 camera setup includes a total of five sensors, back and front. As a result, we can expect that the LG device comes with a triple camera system on the rear. Concerning LG V40 ThinQ specs, the device sports a 6.2-inch Super AMOLED display with QHD resolutions of 2560×1440 pixels.
Under the hood, the LG handset works on Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 chipset, alongside 6GB/8GB RAM and 128GB/256GB ROM. Furthermore, the LG device offers the expandable option to 256GB via microSD card slot. Besides, the LG V40 handset comes with a 4200mAh battery box and Android Oreo 8.1. Also, LG V40 camera is going to equip triple 20MP+16MP+5MP rear sensor. Lastly, there is a dual 13MP selfie snappers setup on the front.
