Apparently, LG is getting ready to release a new affordable Android smartphone in the US. Goes by the name LG Stylo 4, this new handset is a successor of the Stylo 3 and Stylo 3 Plus; both launched in 2017. While the company has yet to confirm the existence of the Stylo 4, a leaked brochure surfaced online, revealing some of the phone’s specs. In details, LG Stylo 4 specs include a 6.2-inch TFT display with 1080 x 1920 pixels resolution.

Thus, making it the largest device in the Stylo series to date. Far from being a powerhouse, the LG Stylo 4 should be a decent choice for customers in need of a budget handset that features a stylus pen. Besides, the stylus experience has been “improved” on the new device, but it remains to be seen exactly what that means. Underhood, the phone takes power from an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon processor clocked at 1.8 GHz.

Perhaps, this could be a Snapdragon 652, or a Snapdragon 450 chipset. LG Stylo 4 camera features a 13 MP rear camera and a 5 MP wide-angle front shooter. Regarding the hardware, it bears 2 GB of RAM, 32 GB of expandable storage space, and a 3,300 mAh battery. Besides, Android 8.1 Oreo is pre-installed out of the box, and, hopefully, an update to Android P would be in the near future.

LG Stylo 4 release date and price

We believe that the LG Stylo 4 will be available on T-Mobile and MetroPCS starting June 18, so that’s when we can find out all about it. Until now, LG Stylo 4 price still remains unknown. However, since the LG Stylo 3 Plus launched for $179, we think the new phone won’t cost more than $200.
