Back in February, many fans were waiting for LG to introduce their next generation of the G series at the MWC 2018 event. However, the Korean brand has launched another variant of the LG V30 – V30 ThinQ with the upgraded camera system. According to LG, they wanted to take time to develop the G6 successors before releasing it. According to the latest report, the Korean manufacturer is now ready for the official launch of their next flagship!
In details, we are going to meet not one, but two variants of the LG G7. There are the standard LG G7 and one update LG G7 ThinQ. Until now, the Korean brand has been busy getting these two LG phones certified. Furthermore, their application for a certificate with the Russia-based EEC (Eurasian Economic Commission) has been approved. In terms of the design, the LG G7 and G7 ThinQ are going to have the bezel-less display with the iPhone X’s notch.
Regarding the operating system, these LG handsets come running on the latest Android 8.1 Oreo. On the other hand, LG G7 and LG G7 ThinQ specs sport a similar 6.0-inch 19:9 display with the resolution of 1440 x 2880 pixels. Meanwhile, this phone gets power from the Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor, along with 4GB/ 6GB RAM and 64GB/ 128GB ROM (expandable up to 400GB). Also, the LG G7 ThinQ camera system features a dual 16MP rear sensor with an aperture of f/1.5 and phase detection autofocus, LED flash. Meanwhile, the selfie shooter sports 8MP. Finally, both LG phones equip a non-removable Li-Po 3000mAh juice box.
