LG G6 vs Huawei Honor 8 Pro: Specs Comparison
First, we are going to see how these two phones do in a hardware comparison. In terms of LG G6 specs, it will be powered by a Snapdragon 821 quad-core (2 x 2.35GHz + 2 x 1.6GHz) due to the fact that Samsung has already taken the the first batch of Snapdragon 835 chipset. Meanwhile, Huawei Honor 8 Pro specs include its homemade Kirin 960 octa-core (4 x 2.4GHz + 4 x .18GHz) processor. The Kirin 960 is slightly faster when running multiple core tests, however it falls a little behind on single core benchmarks.
Moving on to the camera aspect, LG G6 will likely feature a combo of 2 x 16MP f/1.8 rear cameras and a 12MP selfie camera. The back camera comes with OIS (3-axis) and LED-flash, capable of recording 2160p@30fps videos. Meanwhile, Huawei Honor 8 Pro boasts dual 12MP f/2.2 back snappers and an 8MP f/2.0 camera on the front. The back camera comes with dual-LED flash and laser autofocus feature. On this aspect, the cameras on LG devices has always been better than those on Huawei phones, so we can expect the same result this time.
Despite from the cameras and processor, both phones have a lot in common. Both phones come with the same screen size and resolution: 5.7″ 2K. But keep in mind that LG G6 may use a different panel than the Honor 8 Pro, so display quality may be different. While LG G6 comes with 6GB RAM and 64/128GB ROM, the Honor 8 Pro comes in 2 variants: 4GB RAM + 64GB ROM and 6GB RAM + 128GB ROM. Another difference is LG G6 has IP67 certification (dust and water resistant) while Honor 8 Pro does not.

Despite having somewhat similar specs, these two devices are going to have a huge difference in price. LG G6 price is expected to be around $560 ~ Rs. 37330, while Huawei Honor 8 Pro price tag starts from $425 ~ Rs. 28379 for the 4GB RAM model.
