This month will probably be one of the busiest months in technology so far this year in 2015. Especially when LG is going to schedule an event for later this month to introduce the upcoming G4 flagship smartphone. Before, we gave you an alleged invitation of LG in which the company unveiled some first basic things. But now, something are more specific appearing with us.

After one week from the first revealed invitation, LG has officially introduced about events G4 phone on April 28th as the upcoming event. While the first teaser we only see a leather screen and some detail such as the launch date, the slogan in order to emphasize the outstanding of the phone so far. This new teaser said that the phone will come with a lens camera with aperture f / 1.8, dual flash with two tones, sensors laser focus included.  Needless to say,  this might be a highligh of the G4. Theoretically, in comparison with the f/1.9 lens on the Samsung Galaxy S6, images taken by G4 will have 11% more light in low light condition.

The circular power button on G3 was replaced by the rectangle button on G4. Especially what makes us curious about the phone is the brown color leather located in the invitation.

Before, LG unveiled something about the upcoming event which will hold on various cities over the world, such as: New York, London, Paris, Seoul, Singapore, và Istanbul. The detail of the specific time and location will be announced officially depending on each place.

In addition to, LG also unveil their video clip to introduce UX4.0 interface, a few updates of graphics and some advancements.

Which features will can expect in the LG G4?

Hardware, the phone will possibly feature something similar to its predecessor LG G3 with a laser autofocus camera sensor, a dual LED flash.

From the previous teaser, the new G4 should radically different than any devices that came before. So, we also might see metal panel in G4 or not, not for sure. There will have a microSD card slot for expandable storage though all the way up to 128GB. And the storage built-in will start at 32GB.

The display will be equipped with a 5.5-inch Quad HD LCD display with a resolution of 1440 x 2560 and it will represent a quantum jump in terms of key features including color gamut, brightness, contrast ratio, touch functionality, power consumption and thinness. The LG G4 will also support a couple of 16MP main camera and also be an 8MP front-facing camera in device.

Performance, the LG G4 will pack a Snapdragon 808 hexa-core processor with 3GB of RAM. The reason why LG choose Snapdragon 808 instead of Snapdragon 810 may due to their concerning about the overheating issues with the Snapdragon 810 octa-core processor. However, the processor is actually not as powerful as the Snapdragon 810 octa-core processor but that doesn’t mean it’s no slouch. The phone also comes with 3GB of RAM and also the Adreno 418 GPU.
