Released in January last year, Lenovo upgraded the Vibe K5 Note with additional storage. Now, there is a 4GB RAM version with 64GB internal storage available along existing 3GB and 4GB of RAM + 32GB ROM variants. The phone’s new model will go on sale today starting at midnight, exclusively through Flipkart. As for specs, this handset comes with a 5.5-inch full HD IPS display with a resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels. It measures 152 x 75.7 x 8.5 mm and weighs 165 gr.

Under the hood the Vibe K5 Note packs a 64-bit octa-core MediaTek Helio P10 MT6755 processor clocked at 1.8GHz coupled with 4GB of RAM and Mali-T860 GPU. It supports expandable storage via microSD card up to 128GB. In terms of photography, the Vibe K5 Note features a 13-megapixel real camera with f/2.2, phase detection autofocus, dual-LED (dual tone) flash and a wide-angle 8-megapixel selfie camera at the front.

The highlight of the Vibe K5 Note handset is its fingerprint scanner, placed right below the camera module on the back of the smartphone. Moreover, the device also packs Dolby Atmos powered speakers. Connectivity options include dual-SIM, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, OTG support, and Bluetooth. The phone houses a 3500mAh battery and runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow with Lenovo’s VibeUI on the top. It also comes preloaded with TheaterMax technology for VR.

The smartphone is available in Gold, Silver, and Dark Grey color options. As mentioned above, the new 4GB RAM + 64GB ROM variant is exclusively through purchasable for Rs. 13,499. The existing 32GB/4GB of RAM variant of the smartphone will now be available at Rs. 12,499, compared with its previous price of Rs. 13,499.
