Antutu has just released their top performance smartphones in 2016. Apple iPhone 7 Plus continues to dominate the whole list.
Best Antutu phones 2017: iPhone 7 Plus rules
Antutu benchmark is a familiar name to us, especially to tech geeks. This benchmark has just posted on their website 3 ranking smartphone lists for last year – 2016. Those are the top 10 performance smartphone in 2016 lists for Android, iOS, and both. So, we’ll go to the general list for both operating systems. Now, let’s have a look at this list to see which phone is the most powerful last year on Antutu.
The first position belongs to iPhone 7 Plus. This phone continues to stand on top with the average score of 181316. With A10 Fusion chipset, this Apple device stands still on the throne. iPhone 7, of course, standing in the next spot with 172001 scores. Following after is OnePlus 3T. With SND 821 SoC, it is standing in the 3rd place with the average score of 163013. LeEco Le Pro3 is in the 4th place with 159911 scores.
Standing in the 5th spot is Moto Z with the score of 148820. The ex-Antutu King fell from the top to the 6th position with 147495 scores. The couple Xiaomi Mi 5s and Mi 5s Plus take the 7th and 9th place respectively with 145093 and 143788 scores. It’s a little surprising when Mi 5s is ranked above Mi 5s Plus. The 8th position goes to Asus Zenfone 3. The last one is ZTE Axon 7 with the average score fo 143463.
Best performance Antutu phones in 2016: Samsung fail
As you can see on the Antutu list for 2016, iPhone 7 with A10 is still the most powerful smartphone on Antutu list. It’s quite hard to defeat this phone and take the 1st place. Can the latest SND 835 do that? We have to wait for a few more months to see! One more interesting about these lists is that there is no Samsung phone, even the flagship Galaxy S7 Edge. This is quite hard to understand. To be on these lists, each phone has to be tested at least 2000 times. It seems that this world’s largest phone company failed this time.
