According to some sources, the Huawei P Smart 2019 is the international variant of the Honor 10 Lite which was launched earlier this week in China. The latest photos of this phone appeared online, showing the waterdrop notch. While the Honor 10 Lite dual cameras are placed separately, the dual rear cameras on the P Smart 2019 are placed as a single setup with a LED flash right below.

Additionally, the images also show that the P Smart 2019 can feature the AI-based camera. Besides that, there is a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner for the security.
