Earlier this year, the Chinese company announced its foldable smartphone at MWC 2019. Yesterday, this phone appeared on 3C under model number TAH-AN00. Notably, Mate X is the company’s second handset to get the 3C certification. As per the listing, the Mate X phone is going to support 65W Super Charge. Besides, this phone packs a non-removable Li-Po 4500mAh battery cell.
Furthermore, this phone has Huawei’s Balong 5G modem, along with the Huawei’s Kirin 980 chipset for faster connectivity and 5G speeds. In the software department, the Mate X phone works on Android 9.0 Pie as the operating system. Besides, as for the storage, the Huawei foldable smartphone has 8GB of RAM and 512GB of internal storage which can be expandable up to 256GB via a MicroSD card.
Meanwhile, the Huawei Mate X camera packs quad-camera set up. It houses a 40MP primary sensor (f/1.8), an 8MP telephoto sensor (f/2.2), and a ToF 3D camera. Here arrives at the display. The Huawei Mate X specs come with a cover display of 6.6-inch. This phone has a 19:5:9 aspect ratio with Full HD+ resolution of 1148 x 2480 pixels. When unfolded, this phone has an 8-inch outer OLED display (2480 x 2200 pixels). On the other hand, the Mate X phone has a side-mounted fingerprint scanner for security.
