Today, a new Honor smartphone has made its way online with a few interesting design choices against the company’s general direction. In details, the handset is the successor of the popular Honor V10, which has received China’s 3C and CMIIT certificate. Otherwise, the two new devices carrying model numbers VCE-AL00 and VCE-TL00 has received the green light from both these certificate authorities.

Hopefully, these new Honor device will be christened as the Honor V20, which takes a rather traditional approach than its latest smartphones. Otherwise, the company is back to the basics and sticking to simplistic design. Also, the unannounced Honor smartphone reportedly sports a water-drop notch to house the single 12MP lifted a front camera. Whereas, the Huawei Honor V20 specs feature a 6.2” IPS LCD with Full HD+ resolution.

Based on the latest news, Huawei Honor V20 camera has a triple 16MP + 24MP + 16MP sensors on the rear, alongside a traditional fingerprint scanner. More interestingly, the Honor V20 comes with the Fast Charging ability of 22.5W for its 3,500mAh battery. Under the hood, the Huawei device packs Huawei’s latest HiSilicon Kirin 980 processor and dual NPU feature. Furthermore, the handset storage sports 6GB or even 8GB RAM and proportionally high internal memory between 64GB-256GB. Also, the device is likely to equip Android Pie 9.

According to the source, Honor is in the final stages of developing the Honor handset and might launch the device in this month first in China, and to India soon.
