After the arrival of the Honor 9, Huawei continues to release one more phone in the India. This new smartphone is called the Huawei Honor 9i and its specs consist of a “quad camera” setup and a FullHD+ display. Read the article to learn about this new device.

Huawei Honor 9i specs: FullHD+ display, Quad camera

The Huawei Honor 9i is actually not a brand new phone from the company. This smartphone has been released in China with the name Huawei Maimang 6 and in Malaysia with the name Huawei Nova 2i. This time it arrives in India with three color variants including: Prestige Gold, Aurora Blue, and Graphite Black. The smartphone features a 5.9-inch FullHD+ display with the resolution of 1080 x 2160 pixels. With the aspect ratio of 18:9, this mobile is one of the first Huawei devices to get the bezel-less design.

Then, let’s move on to the hardware department. The smartphone gets power from Huawei’s own Hisilicon Kirin 659 processor with 4GB RAM. Also, the handset has an expandable 64GB of internal storage under the hood. The chipset is clocked at 2.36GHz and clubbed with Mali T830-MP2 GPU. For the Huawei Honor 9i battery, the phone features a decent 3340 mAh capacity. Moreover, the device works on Android 7.0 Nougat with Huawei’s own interface EMUI 5.1 layered on the top.

In term of photography, this new device is the first phone from the company with quad-camera setup. It means that the Huawei Honor 9i camera consists of two dual camera systems at the back and at the front. At the rear panel, there’s a 16MP dual lens camera plus 2MP lens on the back. Also, on the front panel, there’s a combo of 13MP plus 2MP secondary camera setup with an LED flash.
