Based on the latest updates, Huawei Honor 9 Lite shares a lot of similarities with two smartphones released earlier: the Honor 7X and the Honor 9i. In details, Huawei Honor 9 Lite specs include a 5.65-inch IPS LCD display with resolutions of 2160 x 1080 pixels. Besides, the display comes with full-screen 18:9 aspect ratio. On the other hand, Huawei Honor 9 Lite runs Android Oreo 8.0 out-of-the-box.

Under the hood, the Huawei Honor 9 Lite sports an octa-core HiSilicon Kirin 970 chipset and Mali-T830 MP2 GPU. Besides, Huawei Honor 9 Lite storage provides 4GB RAM and two variants of flash memory including 32GB and 64GB. On the other hand, the onboard storage is expandable to 256GB via microSD card. Also, Huawei handset features a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor.

For the cameras, Huawei Honor 9 Lite also comes with four cameras as its brother in Honor series. In details, Huawei Honor 9 Lite packs dual 13MP+2MP sensors for both rear and front cameras. Both camera sensors offer to record 1080p videos at 30fps. Meanwhile, Huawei Honor 9 Lite rocks a 3000mAh juice box and supports Super Charge technology.

Huawei Honor 9 Lite is available in China since December 2017. Besides, it prepares its launch in India since January 2018.
