Huawei might launch its gaming handset this year and a foldable device in 2019!

As you may know, at the Asian MWC Shanghai 2018, Huawei plans to announce 5G smartphone in 2019. Now, the company seems to be looking forward to bring some major releases in the next 12 months. In details, as per the latest interview, Jim Xu, the president of the company’s consumer business, has confirmed that the Chinese brand is working on a new gaming handset.

In addition, this phone is expected to debut by the end of this year. At the moment, there is no word about its latest gaming smartphone except that this device might get Huawei’s GPU Turbo technology. In details, Huawei unveiled its new feature last month. As a result, the brand’s GPU Turbo technology was capable of boosting performance significantly on a variety of smartphones when gaming.

Besides that, in the interview, Jim Xu also said that the company might release its foldable device in 2019. Moreover, this device could be the powerful rival to the Samsung’s foldable handset which might launch next year. On the other hand, as confirmed by the president, the company have no plans to launch devices with pop-out modules. Besides that, the Mate 20 also launches in later this year.
