HTC has introduced one of its latest smartphones, the U Ultra, in late February. From the first look, that looks like a very interesting and promising phone. Now, the HTC U Ultra price for India is revealed, as it is also available there now.
HTC U Ultra price in India is now available!
After its launch at the end of February, HTC has made the U Ultra smartphone available in India now. You can now purchase the phone at the HTC Indian Store. The HTC U Ultra price has also been revealed, it will be above Rs. 50,000. The U Ultra for now will only be available in blue or black color. Pink and white variants is expected to arrive later. The HTC U Play, introduced at the same time as the U Ultra, will be available in India mid-March. Both smartphones will come bundle with the HTC USonic earphones, which will adapt to the user’ ears using “sonar-like pulse”.
Let’s have a look at HTC U Ultra specs. Under the hood, the phone boasts a 2.15GHz quad-core Snapdragon 821 SoC, along with 4GB RAM. In India, only the 64GB storage variant will be sold (HTC has decided to leave the 128GB out). The internal storage is extendable via microSD card (up to 2TB). There will be a 3,000mAh battery with Quick Charge 3.0. The battery is said to be able to last 26 hours of talk-time, and up to 13 days on stand-by.
HTC U Ultra also has a 5.7″ Quad HD Super LCD display, along with a secondary 2.0″ display of 1040×160 resolution. The screen is protected by Gorilla Glass 5. As for camera, there is a 12-UltraPixel rear camera with laser + phase detection autofocus, OIS, f/2.8, a BSI sensor and dual tone LED flash. On the front is a 16MP camera with BSI sensor and an UltraPixel mode. The phone supports the latest connectivity, like 4G, Bluetooth 4.2, USB-C, etc. The phone runs Android 7.0 Nougat out of the box, with Sense UI on top. Overall, it is a great phone!
