This September 29, a leaked image of a new variant of the Honor V30 appeared on Weibo. Not long after, Huawei’s fan club Weibo account has revealed a new teaser about the existence of Honor V30 5G. In details, the Honor specs feature a 6.4-inch LCD panel that bears a Full HD+ resolution, and a 19.5:9 aspect ratio, the screen appears to have slightly curved edges on the screen in the display.
Under the hood, the Honor V30 is going to be the first smartphone from the Huawei sub-brand to feature 5G support. It makes use of the new Kirin 990 chipset that features in integrated 5G modem for this purpose. Moreover, the Honor handset pairs this chip with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage on its base model. Like its predecessor, the V30 does not offer microSD card expandability.
