Honor’s release caps off a busy day of smartphone announcements that also saw Oppo introduce two Reno11 smartphones and Red Magic present the 9 Pro pair. Honor launched its 100 series with the Honor 100, the first Snapdragon 7 Generation phone, and the Honor 100 Pro. Honor boasts that the 100 series phones will have smoother conversations on high-speed train journeys and faster internet and video in the metro and elevators. Both phones include 100W charging and a custom-made RF chip C1 for better calls even in difficult circumstances. Concerning the display, the Honor 100 specs carry a 6.7-inch OLED with a 1200 x 2664 pixels resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. Meanwhile, the Honor 100 Pro specs offer a 6.78-inch OLED with a 1224 x 2700 pixels resolution. Under the hood, the Honor 100 uses the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chipset, while the Honor 100 Pro accepts power from the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2.
As for the memory department, the Honor 100 boasts 256GB/ 12GB RAM, 256GB/ 16GB RAM, and 512GB/ 16GB RAM (no card slot).
