Here are first official renders of Huawei P8 Lite from a Huawei’s distributor

We are waiting for the official appearance of Huawei P8 in Huawei’s press event on April 15. But it hihgly seems that we will possibly see another device alongside the P8 on that occasion.

We reported about the smaller model P8 Lite previously which spotted in TENAA. Therein, the phone still keep the similar looks of the high-end flagship P8 but come with compacter, lesser specs and a more attractive price tag.

The renders reportedly started from an un-known European distributor partnered with Huawei. A Twitter user @Roland Quandt revealed 4 renders in his account. However, needless to notice that the renders could also be worthless cuz this are probably fan-made products based on those firstly mentioned TENAA photos, there’s no way to verify the authenticity right now.

Anyway, from the renders, we see a metal body for the device along with two color versions though but we guess that there may be more of course.

Besides, the aforementioned source tells us that the P8 Lite will have dual-SIM support and a price tag of €250 which can be translated into PHP 12025 at the current currency rate (without contract, apparently).

We don’t have official announcement of the phone well, so what we know so far come from the previous report. The device could be equipped with a 5-inch 720p touchscreen, a 1.2 GHz octa-core processor, 2GB of RAM, a 13 MP rear camera as well as a 5 MP selfie shooter. The phone runs on Android 5.0 Lollipop with Huawei’s own Emotion UI on top. Logically, it will support mobile Unicom’s 2G / 3G / 4G networks with a measurement of 143 × 70.6 × 7.7mm and a weigh of 131 grams.
