Google Pixel 2 XL specs: Snapdragon 835, 6″ display and more
Today, October 5, Google has finally launched the Google Pixel 2 and its high-end version, the Google Pixel 2 XL. Both devices feature a lot of impressive specifications. However, in this article, we will focus on the Google Pixel 2 XL. In fact, these two devices have almost the same specifications apart from the display and the battery life. Therefore, if you are looking for a Google Pixel 2 review, this article can also help you. Let’s check for the Google Pixel 2 XL review!
First of all, in term of display, the device features a 6-inch P-OLED display with the resolution of 2880 x 1440 pixels. Despite of its big screen, the phone seems not too big as you imagined thanks to the minimal screen bezels. Also, due to the bigger display, the Google Pixel 2 XL battery is a 3520 mAh capacity compared to a 3200 mAh battery of the Pixel 2. Moreover, the flagship comes with the Snapdragon 835 coupled with 4GB RAM and an Adreno 430 GPU. Furthermore, there are two variants for you to choose: 64GB ROM and 128GB ROM.
Speaking of the photography department, the Google Pixel 2 XL camera system is not a dual system. In fact, the flagship comes with a single 12.2MP rear camera with an f/1.8 aperture. Even though the smartphone doesn’t have the dual camera setup like other high-end devices (Samsung Galaxy Note 8, Apple iPhone X, LG V30,…), its photography system still performs fine. Additionally, there’s an 8MP selfie camera at the front panel of the phone. Last but not least, the smartphone works on Android 8.0 Oreo.
