Galaxy S8 exclusive: isn’t necessarily a slam dunk..
The objectives of Samsung this year is to make the Galaxy S8 exclusive, by launching a kind of smartphones other competitors cannot offer. This is going to be the most awaited beast know as the Galaxy S8.
Galaxy S8 exclusive: But don’t expect too much!
In order to make the Galaxy S8 exclusive, the Korean giant will supply a kind of phone that will blow your mind, it will not be the best of all time, but it will meet your expectation. The Galaxy S8 will come with the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon software known as the SDN 835. People will experience something that they have never seen in any other phones. The phone with its Snapdragon 835 will offer a Quick Charge 4 which will provide 5 hours of talk time in just 5 minutes of charge, that sounds amazing.
The same Snapdragon will also sport a technology that will help the device generate a faster battery saving mode and megapixels boosting power. Samsung has a clear advantage to win this year, but it will not be necessary to fall in love with the S8, here are 3 good reasons:
1- Chips aren’t always as good as they seem
It doesn’t matter whether a processor is an all start or even the best of best. “Qualcomm had problems when its 810 in 2015 ran into overheating issues. Samsung even went with its own Exynos chip in the Galaxy S6 bound for all its territories instead of using Qualcomm’s 810, and it yielded some pretty impressive benchmarking speeds”. And let us remind you that Samsung is so smart that it always try to ship Exynos in some of its phones and Qualcomm in others, it gonna be the same for the S8.
2. Samsung may not use every feature
The SDN 835 will not offer features like the 16MP dual cameras on the back and also the facial recognition system. Here are few features Snapdragon 835 supports: Smaller chip size for a slimmer phone or larger battery, Four cores with 2.45GHz threshold, Supports single 32MP or Dual 16MPdual, QuickCharge 4.0, Graphics are 25%, faster than SDN 821, 4K Ultra HD premium video, Better VR experience, Facial recognition and iris scanning in addition to fingerprint and a Bluetooth 5.
3. You might not notice much difference anyway
Making a difference between a premium smartphone a mid-range device nowadays a bit difficult, most of them look same, including the design and the colors. What makes most phone different is the processor they offer, the RAM, the photography experience and the technology as well. Sometimes, you just realize that they are all satisfactory, so buying a phone with the latest software can bring satisfaction, but not really necessary.
