Samsung released the Galaxy C5 and C7 in June, and now it is reported that they are working on the pro version of the two smartphones. According to the source, they are called Galaxy C5 pro and Galaxy C7 pro, which are more upgraded and have new features integrated.
Galaxy C5 Pro and C7 pro: SND 625 and SND 626 respectively
Based on a post on Weibo, the Galaxy C5 Pro will have the codename of SM-C5010 while the Galaxy C7 Pro is going to be labeled the SM-C7010. Under the hood, the most noticeable change compared to the old versions is the chipset. C5 pro is expected to be powered by Snapdragon 625, and C7 pro is Snapgragon 626. The predecessors only work on Snapdragon 617, so this must be the highlight of this pro version. As curious as we are, the chipset is the only spec that is disclosed until now.
We can look back at C5 and C7 in order to speculate our new handsets. Two devices comes with a 4GB RAM along with two variants of internal storage: 32GB and 64GB, both can be expendable up to 256GB. The Galaxy C5 features a 5.2 inch display, while the other C7 sports a 5.7 inch display, both are full HD resolution. They share the similarity in camera by boasting a combination of a 16MP rear camera and a 8MP selfie shooter.
Regarding the battery, C5 packs a 2600mAh, and C7 has larger juice pack with 3300mAh assisted by Quick charge 3.0 technology. Looking at some main specs of the two predecessors, we can somehow estimate the two pro versions to some extent. They are expected to have more features integrated.

It is said that the twins will be launched in December. Until now, the price is still a mystery, but we guess we can base on the price of the old ones to predict. The Galaxy C5 is quoted around $381, and the Galaxy C7 is quoted around $481.
