Blackberry Key2 Pre-order starts on June 29!

As you may know, BlackBerry KEY2 is one of the latest models of the premium smartphone lineup. In details, the handset will launch in the US on July 13, 2018. Meanwhile, you can pre-order the phone at Amazon and Best Buy beginning June 29. The pre-sales include two versions of the KEY2 – silver and black. The Key2 will cost $649.99 unlocked in the U.S. This only model will include 6GB of RAM and 64GB storage. For comparison, it is $100 increase over the Key1’s debut price.

For Canada, the handset will be available from Amazon, Best Buy, Staples, BlueShop, Walmart, and Visions for $830 CAD. Besides, the Key2 will be available unlocked and in silver all shops. Whereas, in the UK and the rest of Europe, Blackberry fans will be able to get the Key2 sometime in June for a price of 579 Euros or 579 pounds. It is possible that the Dual-SIM 128GB variant will be available in some parts of Europe.

Speaking of the software department, the KEY2 works on the latest Android 8.1 Oreo as the operating system. In addition, the new BlackBerry phone is the company’s first smartphone to feature a dual camera setup. The BlackBerry KEY2 camera system equips a dual 12MP (f/1.8) + 12MP (f/2.6) rear sensor. Meanwhile, the selfie lens sports a single 8MP shooter (f/2.0).On the other hand, the phone packs a 4.5-inch IPS LCD (1080 x 1620 pixels) and a 3:2 ratio with a physical keyboard. In addition, BlackBerry KEY2 battery rocks a non-removable Li-Ion 3500mAh juice box with Quick Charge 3.0. Besides that, in terms of the processor, BlackBerry KEY2 gets power from the Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 processor. In addition, there is a MicroSD card that can expand the storage up to 256GB.
