Earlier on July 13th, BlackBerry released the BlackBerry Key 2 in the USA. Soon after, the company launched the smartphone in India via Amazon for Rs. 42,990 on 31st July. The brand made the QWERTY keypad so popular joined the Android smartphone market a while ago. Most notably, the BlackBerry Key 2 is one such smartphone which is true to its QWERTY roots and embraces the new OS.
Less than a month after the smartphone’s launch, the company is ready to unveil a new addition to the Key series. In details, the BlackBerry Key 2 LE has a textured finish for the rear panel. Moreover, the smartphone seems to be rocking a rear dual-camera setup with an LED flash. Otherwise, the left side of the smartphone lacks any button while the right side has both the power, volume rocker, and the Convenience key.
In details, the Convenience key is BlackBerry’s hardware button to launch the user’s favourite app from anywhere in the Android OS. For the BlackBerry Key 2 LE specs, the phone runs on Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 SoC, alongside Adreno 509 GPU for graphics. Furthermore, the BlackBerry Key 2 Lite has 32/64GB storage and 4GB RAM options (expand to 256GB). Also, there includes a 4.5-inch IPS LCD (1080 x 1620 pixels) and a 3:2 ratio. Whereas, BlackBerry KEY2 LE camera offers a 13MP + 5MP dual rear camera and a single 5MP lens for the selfies. BlackBerry phone equips a non-removable 3000mAh juice box and Android Oreo.
