BlackBerry Ghost summer release with a dual camera setup
In the past few months, we have rendered a pair of renders for a couple of new handsets prepped by BlackBerry licensee Optimus. According to our sources, both the BlackBerry Ghost and the Ghost Pro will be two of the sexiest BlackBerry phones ever produced. Moreover, the two devices each feature an edge-to-edge screen and an aspect ratio of 18:9. Furthermore, the Pro version shows off a fingerprint scanner on the back of the phone.
Recently, Evan Blass sent out a tweet about the BlackBerry Ghost handsets. Blass said that the handsets are going to reach the market this summer. Besides, the BlackBerry Ghost series is going to feature dual rear cameras with low-light enhancement and optical zoom. In addition, the Ghost series will probably end up an India-only affair. Moreover, the BlackBerry Ghost Pro specs will come with the DTEK security feature and BlackBerry Hub.
In terms of BlackBerry Ghost Pro specs, they include a 5.8-inch AMOLED screen with QHD resolutions of 2560 x 1440 pixels. Also, the handset will house the grilled speaker, the USB-C charger and the 3.5 mm jack is on the top. Moreover, the device sports Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 chipset, alongside 4GB RAM and 128GB ROM (expands to 256GB). Besides, Ghost Pro device works on Android Oreo 8.0 and a 3800mAh battery. Whereas, BlackBerry Ghost Pro camera includes a dual 20MP rear sensor and a 16MP selfie snapper.
BlackBerry Ghost Pro release date and price
