Without a doubt, the slider phone is one of the hottest trends of this year. So far, the most popular handsets which picked up this new design were Oppo Find X, Huawei Honor Magic 2 and Xiaomi Mi Mix 3. Today, let’s meet one more slider phone which can debut soon this year: BlackBerry Alpha! Thanks to designer Michael Muleba, we can now take a full look at this flagship through various photos!
In details, the new BlackBerry beast has two sliding mechanisms which integrate cameras and a physical keyboard. Meanwhile, the top sliding part includes the two speakers. Furthermore, we also spot dual front selfie sensors on this section. On the contrary, the bottom of this device features the slide-out QWERTY keyboard with 3 rows of keys and a Space button. Now, let’s move on to the back side.
Regarding the design, the back panel only sports a racing stripe of sorts. Besides, the BlackBerry Alpha camera system also packs an impressive quad-lens setup. Up front, the BlackBerry flagship comes with a completely bezel-less display with no chin. We also spot a fingerprint scanner on the side which lights up as the BlackBerry logo. In case you don’t know, the rear logo also lights up. Under the hood, the BlackBerry handset can run on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 chipset with 256GB/8GB RAM (no card slot).
BlackBerry Alpha release date and price
