5. Meizu M3S

Meizu M3S is the latest product to be announced by this Chinese brand. Similar to other best budget smartphones, the phone is introduced with only $106 (RM 430) for 2GB of RAM version and $136 (RM 550) for 3GB of RAM. As for Meizu M3S specs, there is an octa-core processor that is clocked at 1.5GHz and a Mediatek MT6750 chipset. Regarding the memory, there are two variants for you to choose: 16GB ROM with 2GB RAM or 32GB ROM with 3GB RAM, expandable up to 128GB of ROM via a microSD card. The primary camera is clocked at 13 megapixel while the front snapper comes at 5.0 megapixel.
