Asus Zenfone 5Q phone available for pre-order in the US

Last February, Asus announced their three new Android smartphones – ZenFone 5, ZenFone 5Z, and ZenFone 5Q. As far as it concerns, there are no mentions regarding their availability and target markets. However, one of these handsets is now available for pre-order stateside, specifically in the US according to legit sources. In details, we are talking about the Asus ZenFone 5Q, known as the ZenFone 5 Lite in other markets.

On the other hand, the Zenfone 5Q is the most affordable model among Asus’ three new phones. Also, this Asus phone does not have a notch, compared to its other two brothers. According to Asus’ US website, the phone would offer three color variants for the ZenFone 5Q including Midnight Black, Rouge Red, and Moonlight White. However, the phone can be pre-ordered only in black at the moment.

As far as it concerns, Asus ZenFone 5Q specs sport a 6.0-inch IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen and the resolution of 1080 x 2160 pixels. Furthermore, the ZenFone 5Q also runs Qualcomm SDM630 Snapdragon 630, alongside 4 GB of RAM, 64 GB of expandable storage space (to 2TB). On the other hand, Asus ZenFone 5Q has the latest Android 8.0 Oreo (customized with Zen UI 5.0). Whereas, Asus ZenFone 5Q camera equips a dual setup with a 120-degree wide-angle secondary sensor on both front and back. Also, the primary rear sensor comes at 16MP while the primary front snapper receives 20MP. Lastly, the ZenFone 5Q rocks a non-removable 3300mAh battery box.

According to the press, the Asus Zenfone 5Q phone has announced in the home country since May 2018 and available for pre-order at Amazon (US warranty included) from July 31.
