ASUS ROG release in the UK
It has been four months after the announcement of the ROG Phone; the company has finally confirmed to arrive at the UK with its gaming device days. Previously, the handset went for pre-order in Italy. Moreover, the company sent out invites for a November 15 event marking the start of sales. Also, the phone will be showcased side by side with Asus’ ultra-thin ROG Zephyrus M laptop.
On the other side, the smartphone overclocked RTX 2080 Ti GPU from Asus’ Strix-series of gaming hardware. Previously, there reviewed the gaming-centric Asus ROG Phone at Computex in Taiwan in June. Currently, Pocket-lint had heard that a British release was unlikely. In details, Asus has confirmed that its Republic of Gamers Phone will be coming to London, in the UK.
Furthermore, not only confirming the handset’s availability over here, but the handset would be on sale sooner. Notably, the handset equips its own vapour-chamber cooling system. Moreover, ASUS ROG specs feature a 6-inch AMOLED with a resolution of 1080 x 2160 pixels. Besides, the ASUS phone gets power from the Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 chipset, alongside 8GB RAM/ 256GB ROM (unexpandable). Whereas, the ASUS device rocks a huge non-removable Li-Ion 4000mAh juice box. Also, ASUS ROG camera ships with a dual 12MP (f/1.8) + 8MP rear snappers and an 8MP front-facing lens (f/2.0), alongside Android 8.1 Oreo.

As mentioned above, we have received an invite to a dedicated UK launch event in London on 15 November. Moreover, the actual release date and pricing are unknown, but according to recent rumours, we could expect ASUS ROG price tag of around £900.
