An 18.4-inch Lenovo tablet is about to be presented soon! And you know what, it is very likely to surpass many other tablets like the 18.4″ FHD Samsung Galaxy View and 17.3″ FHD Alcatel Xess in a display battle because…
An 18.4-inch Lenovo tablet with Quad HD resolution
At the moment, when talking about tablet, we think of not only 7-inch devices or so, but also huge machines which can even replace PCs. For example, we’ve already had 18.4-inch FHD Galaxy View from Samsung and 17.3-inch FHD Xess from Alcatel so far. And now, maybe it’s time for Lenovo to join the “huge” game and in fact, a Lenovo model coded as PB2-690N and equipped with an up to 18.4-inch screen has just showed up on GFX benchmark recently.
Apparently, it will have an 18.4-inch 2K display, a Snapdragon 652 octa-core processor (Cortex-A72), 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. Well, those are already pretty good features for a tablet, and additionally, the device will run on Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS as well, which means it may sport split screen mode like the Yoga tablet. In terms of camera, the rear one will be capable of 8 megapixels and the front snapper will be 0.3 megapixels.
If we make a quick comparison, the new Lenovo machine is obviously better than the Galaxy View since it only packs Full HD res, a 2.1MP selfie shooter, and no primary cam. Though, we cannot say that this Lenovo’s product is the best, biggest tablet in the market because last year, there was a Windows 10 tablet called YOGA Home 900 launched with a 27-inch 1080p display, 8GB RAM and 256GB ROM, able to surprise the world.
