The Alexa voice command from Amazon?
The next innovation of Lenovo and Moto is the collaboration of the giant with Amazon in order to replace Google now with Alexa. You won’t believe, but it will happen for sure. Some other reports are saying that some Moto phone will have both, Google Now and Alexa, this means that you will able to use two voice commander in your next Lenovo and Moto devices. ” Wonder if they will give each other orders. Wonder if they will even like each other”. This News was revealed by Moto and Amazon at the Mobile World Congress 2017 in Spain ( Barcelona).
Motorola unveiled that it was collaborating with the Giant retailer ( Amazon) to install the Alexa voice assistant into a set of new Moto Z smartphones that will come into the market later this year. Here is what was said by another report ” Amazon’s smart-device Alexa has been a big hit answering questions and directing traffic inside homes for two years or so”. In fact, the truth is that those smartphones we are using actually all come with one voice assistant that is built in with the Operating System.
Because Android is an open-source system, Motorola could replace Google with Alexa if desired, and that looks like what the plan is going to be for now. “At the start of this new project, Lenovo and Amazon will focus on developing something called an Alexa Mod, a block that will attach directly to a Moto Z handset. The companies will then integrate Alexa directly into a list of Moto handsets and devices, Lenovo said at a press briefing”.
