Another Windows phone to appear on this list is Surface Phone from Microsoft. It will run Window 10, as reported. Besides the massive RAM, this monster is expected to have a Snapdragon 830 chipset – the upcoming chipset of Qualcomm and also the most powerful chipset from this brand.

This device may come with a 6-inch 4k display with the pixel density of 576ppi. As for the memory, Surface phone will be available in 3 variants: 3GB-32GB, 6GB-128GB. and 8GB-500GB. The last one is just unbelievable! This 8GB RAM phone may also house a 20MP PureView camera and a 4100mAh battery. Surface phone price will be around $900. And the phone will make a debut in November this year!
