2GB Xiaomi Mi4 appeared on TENAA, expectantly sold at PHP 12907
Xiaomi has been ambitiously widen their product portfolio in the past few months, started from a new high-end lineup, namedly the Xiami Mi Note and Xiaomi Mi Note Pro. It seems that the company may have another version of last year’s device.
The Xiaomi Mi4 2GB edition was recently appeared on TENAA. The phone is indicated to ship with 2GB of RAM and 16GB on-board memory. Furthermore, the regular Xiaomi Mi4 variant came with 3GB RAM and 16/64GB internal storage options.
According to TENAA, there are three different variants of the device which were made by three different carries in China: China Mobile, China Telecom and China Unicom. All the models will be packed with 4G LTE network support. For the rest specs, we hope that Xiaomi still keep the same features.
This is not the first time Xiaomi upgraded 2GB of RAM or reduced the specs for cutting the expense. Xiaomi did the same with their Redmi 2 device, by offering a 2GB variant at a slightly higher price tag.
As for price, reducing their specs means the input cost will be declined, so the phone is expectantly sold at around 1799 Yuan which is translated into $289 or PHP 12907.
To recap, the Xiaomi Mi 4 features 5″ along with a resolution of 1080×1920 pixels, powered by 2.5GHz processor alongside 3GB RAM and 13-megapixel rear camera, 8MP secondary shooter, non-removable 3080 mAh battery capacity.
Recently, we heard about the Xiaomi Mi Note Plus was surfaced on GeekBench, the alleged Xiaomi Mi5, new Bamboo version of Xiaomi Mi Note. Therefore, we hope that the new upgraded Xiaomi Mi4 will be introduced alongside the Mi Note Plus, possibly Xiaomi Mi5 in some next weeks.
