Under the hood, there will be a massive 4,500mAh cell in charge of fueling the entire handset and promising good battery life. The latest report has said that Samsung Galaxy Note 6 will probably be powered by the company’s own 6GB LPPDR4 RAM. Actually, the RAM module was unveiled at the Samsung Mobile Solutions Forum in Shenzen, China not long ago. Besides, Samsung Galaxy Note 6 specs are also expected to include a large 4,000mAh batt, a 5.8-inch Quad HD display, a Snapdragon 820 processor, 32GB of internal memory (expandable), and a 12MP rear-facing camera with a Dual Pixel setup.
