Xiaomi Redmi 5A is the successor to the Redmi 4A that was launched in India last March. According to Manu Kumar Jain, VP of Xiaomi and MD of Xiaomi India, has shared this news on Twitter: “Thrilled to announce that we’ve sold 1 + Mn #Redmi5A in less than a month!”. Let’s talk about Xiaomi Redmi 5A specs. The Xiaomi includes a 5-inch IPS LCD with a resolution of 720 x 1280 pixels. On the other hand, the Redmi 5 gets power from the Qualcomm MSM8917 Snapdragon 425 chipset as the processor, along with 2GB RAM with 16GB ROM and 3GB RAM with 32GB of internal storage. Moreover, there is microSD card that can expand up to 256GB.

Xiaomi Redmi 5A camera system sports a single 13MP camera on the back (f/2.2) with phase detection autofocus and LED flash. Besides that, the secondary snapper has 5MP (f/2.0) for taking selfies.
